Introduction
When you make changes to your previously created content, you can select the row from the listed items in the table and start editing immediately.
To access the content you need to edit, click the icon in the actions column on the far right of the content table.
On this screen, you can change the content that you want to edit and complete the process.
Update Options
After completing the editing process, you have several options:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Update, publish & close | Saves your changes and publishes the content immediately. |
| Update & schedule | Opens a scheduling modal where you can set a future date, time, and timezone for the changes to go live. |
| Update & exit | Saves your changes without publishing. The content status changes to Changed if it was previously published, or remains Draft if it was not yet published. |
Status after update
When you edit a published content item and save without republishing, its status automatically changes to Changed. This indicates that the live version is different from the latest edits. To make the changes live, you need to republish the content.
Updating Content in Multiple Languages
If your project has localization enabled, you can switch between languages using the Localization tab on the right side of the content editing screen. Each language version can be edited independently.
Changes to one language do not affect other language versions of the same content.
